Paying tribute to her practicum students’ creativity, adaptability and resilience, Prof. Dorothy Barnes-Driggers says, “Each student came into this class at various skill levels and each one has improved and added to those skills despite the switch to virtual classes. When I first made the changes to the syllabus, I assumed that most of the students would have to submit a theoretical project but they all managed to come up with creative projects that exceeded my expectations.”
