Facilities
This is a period of tremendous growth for the performing arts at Georgetown. The new Davis Performing Arts Center is in full swing and provides a multitude of new theater facilities and design studios, including two new performance spaces and two new rehearsal rooms, with priority dedicated to those studying theater, followed by access for other disciplines that use theater and performance to teach and engage the College's undergraduate learning initiatives, research and outreach. Student theater clubs work in the costume and scene shop studios and collaborate in the theater.
The Program in Performing Arts is also delighted to announce that the administrative hub is in the new Davis Center, room 108. This is where you should head for all questions about performing arts (or call us at 202-687-3838). Our Music teaching hub is in New North and our dance teaching hub is in New South.
