Posada
Annual Winter Performance

Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Georgetown’s annual winter showcase, Posada, celebrates the coming Christmas season with dances from across Mexico. The show will incorporate traditional Folkloric Mexican dances, a guest performance from Ritmo y Sabor, and collaborations between Ritmo and Ballet.

This third annual program from Georgetown’s only co-ed hip hop team, Groove Theory, celebrates hip-hop dance culture and showcases the creativity of various guest groups from the metro DC area.

Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Georgetown and Ritmo y Sabor’s fourth annual Spring Showcase brings together the forces of spicy modern rhythms and traditional folkloric dance. The show will feature pieces from each group’s repertoire, as well as collaborative pieces between the two groups.
