This Spring Season, Artistic Director, Hisaka Silva, is proud to present excerpts of the great classical ballet, La Paquita, originally created in 1847 by Marius Petipa. GUDC will also present guest choreographers, hip hop artist, Aysha Upchurch and modern choreographer, Karen Reedy. GUDC completes their program with a diverse evening of classical, contemporary and jazz works by student choreographers Alison Lenet, Emily Lange, Allegra Markson, Stephanie Gal and Amanda Silva. Make sure you don’t miss one of GU’s most exhilarating and inspiring performing arts groups on campus!
