How to Buy Tickets

 Ticketing policies apply to all purchases.

Ticketing Policies

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
  • A picture ID or e-mailed ticket confirmation is required to pick up tickets and for verification of ticket purchases.
  • All tickets are held at will-call in the venue in which the event is to take place, starting one hour prior to curtain.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain to collect your tickets.
  • The houses are general seating.
  • There is no late seating for most performances.  If there is an opportunity for late seating, patrons will be seated at the discretion of House Management pursuant to the needs of the production and other audience members in attendance.
  • Tickets unclaimed by curtain will be forfeited and may be released to patrons on stand-by.
  • For some events, limited stand-by seating may be available for purchase for sold-out performances. To be eligible for stand-by seating please arrive starting one hour prior to the performance to put your name on the list.
  • Tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability, for a $2 per ticket fee (waived for subscribers) 72 hours in advance of the ticketed performance. Exchange requests can be made in person or over the phone during normal operating hours M-F from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. or via e-mail. Please reference your e-mail order confirmation # and/or last name. Exchange requests made lesss than 72 hours in advance are handled at the discretion of management.

Theater & Performance Studies Program Flex Pass

A Flex Pass entitles you to three tickets to any combination of the mainstage shows in the 2011-12 Theater and Performance Studies Program’s Nature's Mirror:  A Season of Evil and Noble Acts at the Davis Performing Arts Center: Visible Impact, A Child Shall Lead Them: Making ‘The Night of the Hunter, and Macbeth.
Purchase and receive a free ticket to The Bi(g) Life (more details below)

Flex Passes are $40 for the general public (up to 25% savings), $30 for faculty/staff/alumni/senior (up to 33% savings) and $15 for Georgetown University students (up to 50% savings). Buy your pass now and select dates when you’re ready. (Dates are subject to availability and you must reserve your ticket(s) in advance of a desired show in accordance with the terms below.)

Purchasing your Flex Pass
1) You can buy now and join the ranks of Flex Pass holders:

You will receive an e-mail with the unique patron ID number you will use to order your tickets. A Flex Pass membership card will also be mailed to you.

Reserving your tickets
1) Once you have your Flex Pass patron ID number, you can reserve your tickets for a performance in one of the following ways:

• Call or visit the Callagy Box Office during business hours.

• Order online by selecting your chosen performances from Visible Impact, A Child Shall Lead Them: Making ‘The Night of the Hunter,’ and Macbeth from our 2011-12 season page or the upcoming events calendar.

You can go through the steps of ordering tickets for your desired show(s), then at the end of the transaction(s), enter your Flex Pass patron ID number.

*All Flex Pass ticket reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance online or by calling or visiting the Callagy box office Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

2) Present your Flex Pass at the Callagy Box Office when picking up tickets. Photo ID required for discounted senior, GU faculty, staff, alumni, and student tickets.

All tickets will be held at will-call starting one hour prior to curtain. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain to collect your tickets. The houses are general admission. No late seating. Tickets unclaimed by curtain may be forfeited and released to patrons on stand-by.

 
Free bonus ticket to The Bi(g) Life
With your purchase of a Flex Pass, you are eligible to receive a free ticket to the Georgetown University Theater & Performance Studies Program Senior Thesis Project performances, The Bi(g) Life (Feb. 3-5). 

Contact the Davis Performing Arts Center's Callagy Box Office Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at (202) 687-ARTS (2787) or in person to reserve your free ticket in advance.  Desired dates are subject to availability.

 


 

Mask & Bauble GOpass

GOpass

An M&B GOpass entitles you to three tickets to any combination of the three mainstage shows in the 2011-12 Mask and Bauble season: Donn B. Murphy One Acts Festival, The Deep Blue Sea and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Use the pass for three single tickets, bring a significant other to a show and save a tickets for later, or bring 2 friends to two performances . . .

M&B GOpasses are $25 for the general public and $20 for Georgetown University students ($1 off every performance). Buy your pass now and select dates when you’re ready. Dates are subject to availability and you must reserve your ticket(s) in advance of a desired show in accordance with the terms below.

Buy your 2011-12 SmarTickets Now! Support great student theater and save money. When you purchase a SmarTicket for the Nomadic season, the bearer is entitled to 3 tickets total to any combination of shows. Buy now and then go on-line or call the Callagy Box Office to select dates when you’re ready (at least 24 hours in advance of a desired show). Best to choose well in advance; choice of show dates is subject to availability.

You can go through the steps of ordering tickets for your desired show(s), then at the end of the Patron Info section, you'll see a link to click on to enter your SmarTicket patron ID number.

Group Sales

Group rates are available at $1 off the regular ticket price to groups of 10 or more for most performances.

Group rates are not available for online purchases.

Payment must be made in advance for all sales.

GX, GD, and RT funds may be used. We CANNOT process requests using an RX fund.
